Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

They had an electrical problem with the power outlets but they were not capable of fixing it. I couldn't charge any of my phones or iPads. Not acceptable for a hotel of it's standard

Wonderful staff with a great attitude and no snobbery, they go out of their way to help you. Beautiful and creative design that is not overly complicated to use. Fantastic location in barcelona. My only complaint was that the spa and fitness center were not as luxurious as the one in New York.

I had an incredible stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the center of the shopping district made it easy for me to walk around and explore the area. I also loved that it was just a few blocks away from an excellent fish restaurant across from Casa Mila, where I had a great dinner. Additionally, the staff was attentive and friendly, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel was conveniently located close to everything I had planned for the next day.
